These magnifiers qualify for use in such environments by providing a long lasting dissipative surfaces for parts that may come close to the sensitive work. Our specially designed Prismatic Spectacles are a useful reading aid for older persons with impaired vision as well as Low Vision Acuity persons. With these prismatic lenses, it is possible to read simultaneously with both eyes (stereoscopic vision) at high powers. We offers a range of 4D, 6D, 8D, 10D and 12D lenses that are injection molded on our high precision molding machines placed in a Class 100,000 clean room (Please see our page on plastic optics) using optical grade Plexiglas Acrylic that is directly imported from Germany. The lenses are have a Clear Aperture of 20mm in height and 35mm in width and are light and break-resistant. They are also coated with our BBAR anti-scratch coating that increases reduces reflections and glare while also increasing the scratch resistance of the lenses.

Video Inspection & Measurement Systems

We have a wide range of video based inspection systems that provide crisp images for observation of fine features, and support the same with excellent software that enable image refining and measurement of features.

Basic Video Inspection Magnifier (L140Ea)

Video zoom inspection magnifier based on 0.3 megapixel analog camera that displays image on its own monitor. Excellent for inspection without need for a PC. This product also has a Dual version where it can be interfaced to Customer’s PC through USB2.0 port. A VideoX software is also supplied that enables the user to view images simultaneously on his PC monitor and save, label them , and even measure image features. A measurement report in Excel is available for export.

Basic Video Inspection & Measurement System (L140Ec)

Video zoom inspection and basic measurement system based on a 1.3 megapixel digital camera. System needs Customer’s PC to run. It provides high resolution and the image is displayed on the PC monitor and can be saved, labeled, and measured using the VideoX Plus software. Excel and Word reports can be exported.

Advanced Video Measurement System (L140Ed)

More sophisticated inspection and measurement system based on 1.3 megapixel digital cameras and with NI Vision based powerful image based LenselVision software. It has wide ranging image processing utilities, and a set of powerful icon based measurement tools that make it easy for even a new user to carry out complex measurement.
